Odisha name 17-member women’s U-15 squad for BCCI One-Day Trophy
Cuttack: The Odisha Cricket Association (OCA) on Tuesday announced a 17-member Odisha Women’s Under-15 squad for the upcoming Women’s Under-15 One-Day Trophy to be held under the BCCI Domestic Season 2025–26.
The squad was unveiled by Odisha Women’s Selection Committee chairperson Sasmita Pattnaik during a press interaction. The tournament will be played in the Elite C category in the one-day format, with Nagpur hosting all the matches.
Chirashree Rout has been named captain of the side, while Anwesha Swain will serve as vice-captain. Ananya Priyadarshini Das and Jyoti Routray have been included as wicketkeeping options in the squad.
Odisha will begin their campaign against Saurashtra on January 2 at the Lady Amritbai Daga College Ground, Nagpur. They will next face Uttarakhand on January 4 at VCA Kalamna, followed by matches against Gujarat on January 6, Andhra on January 8, and Jammu and Kashmir on January 10.
