Indian Army is inviting offline applications from male veterinary graduates for Short Service Commission (SSC) in Remount Veterinary Corps. The last date for submitting the application is 18th November.

Candidates can check age limit, educational qualification, selection criteria, application process and other important details on the official website of the Indian Army, joinindianarmy.nic.in.

Educational qualification: BV.Sc/BVSc and AH degree from any of the recognised Indian universities is required for this post. A candidate with a foreign degree must possess recognised veterinary qualification. The applicant should be a citizen of India.

Age limit: The age limit for this post is between 21 to 32 years.

How to apply: As per the format given in the advertisement, the applications should be sent on a plain paper (21 cm x 36 cm) duly typed as per the format given in the notification. The applicants are asked to write “Application for Short Serve Commission in RVC” with red ink on the envelope containing the application.

It should be then posted by ordinary, registered or speed post at the following address: Directorate General Remount Veterinary Services (RV-1), OMG’s Branch, Integrated Headquarters of MoD (Army), West Block 3, Ground Floor, Wing No-4, RK Puram, New Delhi-110066.
