* Bhubaneswar reported 129 new Covid positive cases and 956 recoveries in the last 24 hours, BMC informed in a tweet post.

* Cuttack city reported 27 new Covid positive cases and 29 recoveries, CMC said in a tweet.

* Odisha reported 859 new Covid positive cases in the last 24 hours, of which 203 are in the 0-18 years category. In quarantine 542, local contacts 383.

* Khurdha reported 159 Covid cases, highest in any district of Odisha, followed by Sundargarh (88), Cuttack (52), Mayurbhanj (31), Sambalpur (29) and Balasore (22). The State also reported 22 deaths.

* The petrol price in Bhubaneswar saw a decrease on Tuesday with the rate in the capital city at Rs 101.78 while diesel price at Rs 91.59.

* In Cuttack the prices of petrol and diesel on Tuesday were Rs 101.91 and Rs 91.70, respectively.
