* Cuttack city reported 43 new Covid cases and 80 recoveries, CMC informed in a tweet.

* Bhubaneswar reported 145 new Covid positive cases and 825 recoveries in the last 24 hours, BMC said in a tweet post.

* Odisha reported 1480 new Covid positive cases in the last 24 hours, of which 334 are in the 0-18 years category. In quarantine 862, local contacts 618.

* Khurdha reported 163 Covid cases, highest in any district of Odisha, followed by Sundargarh (139), Cuttack (133), Mayurbhanj (40), Balasore (34) and Sambalpur (21). The State also reported 21 deaths.

* The petrol price in Bhubaneswar saw an increase on Thursday with the rate in the capital city at Rs 102.23 while diesel price at Rs 92.03.

* In Cuttack the prices of petrol and diesel on Thursday were Rs 102.00 and Rs 91.81, respectively.
