OCL 2023: Poddar ton in vain as Cheetahs beat Jaguars

Cuttack: Govinda Poddar century went in vain as Odisha Cheetahs beat Odisha Jaguars by three wickets in a Odisha Cricket League match here on Monday.

Opting to bat, the Jaguars scored 188 for 5 in 20 overs with Poddar slamming 120 not out off 54 balls. For the Cheetahs, Harshit Rathod and Subham Nayak picked two wickets each.

In the run-chase, Gaurav Choudhury scored 110 off 62 balls with handy contributions from Devendra Kunwar (27) and Kissan Ratha (22) as the Cheetahs chased down the target in 19.2 overs.
