First annual conference of TODACON-2023 held in Hyderabad
Hyderabad/Bhubaneswar: The first annual conference of TODACON-2023 was organised by the Telangana Odisha Doctors Association at AIG Hospital in Hyderabad, recently.
The conference was inaugurated by Odisha’s Food Supply and Consumer Welfare Minister Atanu Sabyasachi Nayak.
Speaking on the occasion, Nayak said there is a need for solidarity among the people of Odisha, especially the doctors living outside the state. “It is good that the association provides a common forum for the doctors from Odisha and their families to socialise and encourage the rich odia culture and its age-old traditions,” he said.
The conference brought together a multi-speciality academic sojourn to share the recent advances in the field of medical sciences in the larger interest of the people specially the poor patients.
Sweta Mohanty, commissioner Health & FW, mission director National Health Mission Telengana was the guest of honour. Among others, Dr Nageswar Reddy, chairman AIG Hospital, PV Raju, vice-chairmam AIG Hospital and Dr GV Rao director AIG Hospital, Dr Sunil Swain, president TODACON and other functionaries and members were present.
