A 275-member Odisha contingent will be taking part in the upcoming 36th National Games, scheduled to be held between Sept 29 to Oct 12, in different cities of Gujarat.
Out of the 275 contingent, 216 are athletes and 59 include team coaches, managers and physios.
Odisha athletes are participating in 23 events and they are Rugby (men & Women), Lawn Bowl, Shooting, Kho Kho (Women), Rowing, Skating, Archery, Football (Men & Women), Yogasana, Canoeing, Wrestling, Athletics, Fencing, Weightlifting, Boxing, Judo, Wushu, Cycling, Triathlon, Swimming, Hockey (Women), Gymnastics and Beach Volleyball.
