* Bhubaneswar reported 1303 new Covid-19 cases and 1644 recoveries in the last 24 hours, BMC informed in a tweet post.

* Cuttack city reported 208 new Covid positive cases and 474 recoveries, CMC said in a tweet.

* Odisha reported 5891 new Covid positive cases in the last 24 hours, of which 852 are in the 0-18 years category. In quarantine 3413, local contacts 2478. The state also reported seven deaths.

* Khurdha reported 1500 Covid cases, highest in any district of Odisha, followed by Sundargarh (501), Cuttack (482), Mayurbhanj (218), Balasore (234) and Sambalpur (158).

* The petrol price in Bhubaneswar saw a slight increase on Tuesday with the rate in the capital city at Rs 101.81 while diesel price at Rs 91.62.

* In Cuttack the prices of petrol and diesel on Tuesday were Rs 102.17 and Rs 91.97, respectively.
