Kalahandi Cup: Aakash, Kalia tons power Odisha Blue to 435 on Day 1

The inter-district Kalahandi Cup of senior men resumed at six different venues in Cuttack on Wednesday.

The highlight of day one action was the match between Odisha Blue and Odisha Yellow. Odisha Blue after opting to bat scored 435 for 9 at stumps on day one at the Bidanasi Ground. For the Odisha Blue team, Aakash Chandra Nayak (118) and Kalia Sahu (110) slammed centuries.

Kalia Sahu of Odisha Blue also slammed a hundred against Odisha Yellow in Kalahandi Cup.

While for the Yellow’s Biswajit Mohapatra and Abhijit Ghana picked four wickets each.
