East Coast Railway (ECoR) general manager Roop Narayan Sunkar inspected the ongoing construction work of 16.31 km long Sunakhani-Parbil railway section of Talcher-Bimalagarh rail line project on Wednesday and took stock of various infrastructural works.

Earlier on Tuesday, Sunkar had inspected the Train Coach Maintenance Depot in Puri where he took stock of amenities provided in train coaches for the benefit of passengers.

He also reviewed the ongoing works for redevelopment of Puri Railway station with world class infrastructure and facilities and instructed concerned officials to execute the project work in an exemplary manner.
