Two schools in Tamil Nadu, the PSBB Millennium School in Coimbatore and a private school in Kancheepuram district, had received bomb threats. The PSBB Millennium School received an email on Sunday night, while a hoax call targeted the second school on Monday morning, sparking fear among students, staff and parents.

Promptly responding to the alerts, local police and a bomb squad rushed to the PSBB Millennium School to conduct a thorough investigation. No explosives were found on the premises. A video captured the scene outside the school, showcasing police questioning individuals, with empty school buses entering the campus.

As reported by India Today, it is revealed that authorities are actively probing the incidents to identify the culprits behind the email and hoax call. With ongoing class 11 examinations, additional security measures have been implemented, preventing entry without stringent checks.
