Petrol and diesel prices in Bhubaneswar, other cities of Odisha

The petrol and diesel prices for Bhubaneswar remained unchanged on Thursday at Rs 102.04 and Rs 96.61 respectively. On Wednesday too, the fuel prices in the smart city were the same.

Meanwhile, in Cuttack, the fuel prices saw a slight decrease with petrol being Rs 102.22 and diesel Rs 96.79.

Petrol and diesel prices are revised in India on a daily basis. The fuel prices are revised at 6 am everyday. It includes value added tax (VAT), and dealer commission.

While the VAT varies from state to state, there are many other factors that impact fuel prices. Price of crude oil, INR to USD exchange rate and demand for fuel are some of the key factors that affect petrol and diesel prices.
