* Cuttack on Thursday has reported 43 new Covid positive cases and 36 recoveries meanwhile Bhubaneswar region has reported 216 cases of Covid positive and 196 recoveries.

* Odisha reports 521 new Covid positive cases, of which 65 are in the 0-18 years-old category. In quarantine 304 cases, 217 are local contacts. Khurdha reports maximum of 249 cases.

* The fuel price in Bhubaneswar saw a increase of Rs 0.71 on Thursday, as the rate of petrol in the capital city was Rs 106.06 while diesel price was at Rs 102.33.

* In Cuttack the prices of petrol and diesel on Thursday were Rs 106.06 and Rs 102.34, respectively.

* “Under the influence of yesterday’s cyclonic circulation, a Low Pressure Area has formed over East central- Bay of Bengal & neighbourhood. It is likely to move west northwestwards & reach south Odisha – north Andhra Pradesh coasts during next 24hours,” informs Meteorological Centre, Bhubaneswar.
