ICC Cricket World Cup 2023 full schedule: Dates, fixtures, venues and streaming details

The ICC Cricket World Cup 2023 begins on October 5 in Ahmedabad with England taking on New Zealand. India play their first match in the tournament on October 8 in Chennai against Australia.

The two semifinals will be played at Wankhede Stadium in Mumbai and the Eden Gardens in Kolkata on November 15 and 16, respectively. The finals will be played in Ahmedabad, also the venue for the India- Pakistan clash on October 14.

How many teams will play in ICC Cricket World Cup 2023?

10 teams are part of the 2023 edition of cricket World Cup and they are: India, England, Pakistan, Australia, South Africa, New Zealand, Bangladesh, Sri Lanka, Afghanistan and Netherlands. Each team will play against each other in a round-robin format in the group stage and the top four teams progress to the semifinals.
