FIFA World Cup 2022 starts on November 20 in Qatar, as 32 teams will compete for a place in the finals, to be held on December 18.

The quadrennial event will be played across eight stadiums with the teams been divided into eight groups of four, and only top two teams from each group will progress to the knockout stages.

FIFA World Cup 2022 will have 64 matches and each team will play three matches in the group stage before the knockouts begin with round of 16 on December 3.

In the opener on November 20, hosts Qatar take on Equador in a Group A match at Al Bayt Stadium in Al Khor.

The final of FIFA World Cup 2022 will be played on December 18 at Lusail Iconic Stadium.

All the matches of FIFA World Cup 2022 will be broadcast live on Sports18 and Sports18 HD TV channels in India. Viewers have to subscribe the channels.

FIFA World Cup 2022 live streaming in India:

FIFA World Cup 2022 live streaming will be available on Jio Cinema app and on its website for free. Moreover, users don’t need a Jio SIM to watch the matches as Jio has made streaming free.
