The week-long Vigilance Awareness Week concluded at East Coast Railway on Tuesday, with additional general manager Sudhir Kumar and principal heads of the departments of ECoR attending the concluding function.
The additional general manager handed over certificates and prizes to the employees for their wards for their outstanding performance in the on-the-spot essay, debate and painting competitions.
To mark the Vigilance Awareness Week 2021, the Vigilance Wing of East Coast Railway organised these competitions to make aware the employees and rail users and also to bring out transparency in public life which would ultimately help in serving in a fair and effective manner.
Sudhir Kumar also unveiled the wall magazine “Atasi Kusuma”, the theme of the month’s wall magazine which is also on Vigilance.
Sanjay Kumar Mohapatra, chief vigilance officer of East Coast Railway coordinated the function.
