New Delhi: In a harrowing incident, two men, identified as Sonu and Ashish, both in their early 30s, met a tragic end when they were fatally shot inside a salon in the Najafgarh area of southwest Delhi on Friday, according to police reports. The victims endured multiple gunshot wounds, and chilling CCTV footage of the incident, circulating on social media, depicted one of the victims pleading with the assailants moments before being shot at close range in the head.

Sonu succumbed to a single gunshot wound to the head, while Ashish bore three bullet wounds to his head and one to his chest, as per police findings. While initial investigations lean towards personal animosity as a potential motive, authorities are not ruling out the involvement of gangs, as stated by a police officer.

The assailants swiftly fled the scene, leaving panic in their wake and prompting an immediate PCR call. Responding to the gravity of the situation, the police have formed three teams to track down and apprehend the suspects.

Reports suggest that Ashish had two prior criminal cases against him. Both victims were residents of Nagli Sakrawati in the Najafgarh area.
