Tanmayee shines as Odisha beat Chhattisgarh in invitational ODI

Odisha won the third match against Chhattisgarh by 70 runs in the Women’s Invitational One-day Series being played at Centurion University, Khordha on Monday.

Tarana Pradhan took three wickets while Rajashree Swain, Tanmayee Behera and Madhusmita Behera took two wickets each, as Chhattisgarh were bowled out for 135 in 41.1 overs.

Tanmayee scored an unbeaten 70 and Pragyan Mohanty notched up a fifty as Odisha chased down the total with ease.

The fourth and final match is on Tuesday, as Odisha senior women’s team is playing these preparatory matches against Chhattisgarh as part of their campaign for the upcoming BCCI tournaments.
