Talent hunt camp for spinners begins at Cuttack

Cuttack: As many as 125 players turned up at Odisha Cricket Academy here on Friday for the OCA talent hunt camp for spinners.

The zonal venue (Cuttack) saw players’ participation from Bhubaneswar, Cuttack, Puri, Paradeep, Jagatsinghpur and Dhenkanal districts.

The Odisha senior men’s team head coach Dinesh Mongia along with senior and junior selectors of OCA – Amiya Ray, Subit Biswal, Pravanjan Mullick, Niranjan Behera and Subhrajit Sahoo were present at the venue to scout talents.

The next venue is BJB High School ground, Khurda on April 30 where spinners from nine other districts will be present to showcase their talent.
