The SOA team was headed by Pro-Chancellor Prof. (Dr.) Amit Banerjee, Dean (Students’ Welfare), Prof. Jyoti Ranjan Das and Head, Industry Engagement, Ripti Ranjan Dash. The students represented the Institute of Technical Education and Research (ITER), SOA’s faculty of engineering and technology.
While a typical Odissi presentation by Smruti Pragyan Biswal, Anisha Swain and Priyadarshini Parida provided a glimpse into Odisha’s traditional dance form, Aishi Aich regaled the audience with an outstanding Bharat Natyam performance. Bhabesh Mishra’s mesmerising magical tricks too impressed the audience.
The entire event facilitated a peek into SOA’s rich talent pool as the students excelled not only in their acquired knowledge about engineering and technology but also in extra-curricular activities.
