After its inauguration on Tuesday at SOA University campus in Bhubaneswar, panel discussions and roundtable were held at the Odisha State Maritime Museum in Cuttack, and the outcome of which would be used to prepare a vision document on the country’s maritime future by the year 2047.
The programme, sixth edition of the Dhara series on Indian Knowledge System, is part of the government-sponsored ‘Azadi ka Amrit Mahotsav’ and held alongside the historic Baliyatra in Cuttack city which has Odisha’s ancient maritime traditions as its backdrop.
