Ranji Trophy: Odisha exit after massive defeat to Mumbai

Odisha made an exit from this season of Ranji Trophy after losing their Elite-D group match to Mumbai by an innings and 108 runs on Sunday.

In reply to Odisha’s first innings total of 284, Mumbai were powered by the twin tons by Sarfaraz Khan and Armaan Jaffer. Mumbai declared at 532 for 9 and a lead of 248 runs.

SZ Mulani starred with the ball with five-for as Mumbai bowled Odisha out for 140 in their second innings to register a massive win. In Odisha’s second essay, Abhishek Raut top-scored with 59 runs.
