Rajesh Dhupar to lead Odisha in Syed Mushtaq Ali Trophy

The Odisha Cricket Association (OCA) on Wednesday announced a 21-member squad for the upcoming Syed Mushtaq Ali Trophy to be held in Lucknow from November 4 to November 9.

The team will be led by Rajesh Dhupar, but prior to the tournament the senior men’s side will be playing four practice games against Chhattisgarh from 22 October to 26 October in Raipur.

Odisha are part of the Elite-A Group, where the other teams are Goa, Tamil Nadu, Punjab, Maharashtra and Pondicherry.

Odisha squad: Rajesh Dhupar (C,WK) Gourav Choudhary, Anurag Sarangi, Anshuman Rath, Sandeep Pattnaik, Subhranshu Senapati, Abhishek Yadav, Pratik Das, Govinda Poddar, Rajesh Mohanty, Tarani SA, B Shiva, Ashish Rai, Debabrata Pradhan, Sarbeswar Mohanty, Prayash Singh Thakur, Pappu Ray, Harshit Rathod, Bikash Rout, Jayanta Behera, abhishek Raut.

Nov 4: Odisha vs Goa
Nov 5: Odisha vs Tamil Nadu
Nov 6: Odisha vs Maharashtra
Nov 8: Odisha vs Punjab
Nov 9: Odisha vs Pondicherry
