Rajbhasha Pakhwada unveiled at ECoR

ECoR officials during the launch of the language fortnightly.

The official language fortnightly Rajbhasha Pakhwada was inaugurated at ECoR headquarters recently in Bhubaneswar.

Attenting the occasion, General Manager (I/C) Sharad Kumar Srivastava inaugurated the fortnightly in presence of Mukhya Rajbhasa Adhikari Rabi Shankar Mitra and all Principal Heads of Departments of East Coast Railway.

General Manager/East Coast Railway administered oath of official language to the employees and officers. Message of Railway Minister was also recited.

General Manager advised all the employees to work in Hindi as much as possible.

Earlier, Mukhya Rajbhasa Adhikari Mitra spoke about the history and importance of Hindi Diwas. Successful participants in regional competitions and other competitions related to official language were also felicitated by the General Manager.

Hindi poetry was recited aloud by railway poets to mark the occasion. The programme was coordinated by Rajbhasha Adhikari/HQ Yaleena Panda.
