The conclave was organised by DTORR in collaboration with Dr Ram Manohar Lohia Awadh University.
Before joining SOA, Prof Mishra had worked as director, Indian Institute of Tourism and Travel Management (IITTM) under the Ministry of Tourism of Government of India.
Dr Mishra also served as chairman of All India Board of Hospitality and Tourism Management and Member of the executive committee of All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) for two consecutive terms. He was also chairman of the Accreditation Evaluation Committee of National Board of Accreditation (NBA).
Prof Mishra has received several laurels and honours both within and outside the country including the ‘Rashtriya Gaurav award’ instituted by the Indian International Friendship Society, New Delhi in August last.
