PREM meeting held at ECoR headquarters

Senior officials of ECoR attend the PREM meeting at Rail Sadan.

As a part of Employees/Workers’ participation in Management, East Coast Railway (ECoR) had organised PREM (Participation of Railway Employees in Management) meeting at Rail Sadan here on Wednesday.

The representatives of recognised trade unions, officers association and RPF association participated to work more effectively.

The concept of PREM meeting is unique to Railways alone and is a testimony to vibrant and mature industrial relations. The theme of the PREM meeting was “passengers security, passengers comfort and expectation”.

ECoR general manager Manoj Sharma chaired the meeting, while deputy general manager Ashok Kumar Mishra coordinated the meeting. Principal heads of the departments of ECoR including additional general manager Sharad Kumar Srivastava were present on the occasion.
