After two successive defeats against Karnataka and Himachal Pradesh, Odisha bounced back with a crushing 10-wicket win over Mizoram in U-19 Women’s Elite-E One-Day League, played at RCA Academy Ground in Jaipur.
Mizoram won the toss and elected to bat, but were bowled out for a paltry 27 in 20.3 overs. SB Lorence picked four wickets while Suryasnata Swain took three and Jyoti Prasad scalped two. For Mizoram, Mami was the top-scorer with eight runs.
Odisha hardly took time and won the match in 3.5 overs. In their fourth match on Saturday, they will be up against Tripura.
