Pradhan, a right-arm medium pacer, represented Odisha across every age-group category, starting from under-16 cricket before moving up to the senior team. Known for his steady performances and discipline, he became one of the state’s most dependable bowlers over the years.

In First-Class cricket, Pradhan played 62 matches and claimed 197 wickets, including a best bowling figure of 7 for 40. In List A matches, he picked up 46 wickets in 35 games with a best of 7 for 39. He also featured in 52 T20 matches, taking 47 wickets with several impactful spells in the shorter format.

Pradhan made his First-Class debut against Karnataka on November 28, 2013. His final First-Class appearance came against Maharashtra on November 13, 2024, marking the close of an 11-year journey in the longer format.

The Odisha Cricket Association expressed gratitude for his contribution to the state’s cricketing legacy. OCA president Pankaj Lochan Mohanty, secretary Sanjay Behera and other office-bearers congratulated Pradhan on an illustrious career and wished him success in his future endeavours.
