Odisha news: Bhubaneswar reports 1532 new Covid positive cases, Cuttack city 348

* Cuttack city reported 348 new Covid-19 cases and 601 recoveries, CMC informed in a tweet post.

* Bhubaneswar reported 1532 new Covid positive cases and 1314 recoveries in the last 24 hours, BMC said in a tweet.

* Odisha reported 8845 new Covid positive cases in the last 24 hours, of which 927 are in the 0-18 years category. In quarantine 5128, local contacts 3717. The State also reported seven deaths.

* Khurdha reported 2528 Covid cases, highest in any district of Odisha, followed by Sundargarh (1001), Cuttack (628), Mayurbhanj (152), Balasore (290) and Sambalpur (181).

* The petrol price in Bhubaneswar was unchanged on Saturday the rate in the capital city at Rs 101.81 while diesel price at Rs 91.62.

* In Cuttack the prices of petrol and diesel on Saturday were Rs 102.31 and Rs 92.10, respectively.
