* Cuttack city reported 225 new Covid-19 cases and 531 recoveries, CMC informed in a tweet post.
* Bhubaneswar reported 1208 new Covid positive cases and 700 recoveries in the last 24 hours, BMC said in a tweet.
* Odisha reported 7426 new Covid positive cases in the last 24 hours, of which 867 are in the 0-18 years category. In quarantine 4306, local contacts 3120. The state also reported 10 deaths.
* Khurdha reported 1959 Covid cases, highest in any district of Odisha, followed by Sundargarh (778), Cuttack (548), Mayurbhanj (166), Balasore (496) and Sambalpur (160).
* The petrol price in Bhubaneswar was unchanged on Wednesday with the rate in the capital city at Rs 101.81 while diesel price at Rs 91.62.
* In Cuttack the prices of petrol and diesel on Wednesday were Rs 102.17 and Rs 91.97, respectively.
