Odisha are out of the Senior Women’s One-Day Trophy after losing their quarterfinal match against the Railways by 149 runs in Bengaluru on Monday.
Opting to bat, Railways scored 271 for 9 in 50 overs, with S Meghana scoring 90 and Nuzhat Parween 62. For Odisha, Priyanka Priyadarshini picked three wickets while Rasanara Parwin and Sujata Mallik scalped two each.
In the run-chase, Odisha could manage to reach 122 for 7 in 50 overs, with Sushree Dibyadarshini scoring 44 runs. Railways’ bowlers D Hemalatha, Rajeshwari and Meghna Singh picked two wickets each.
