Odisha news: Bhubaneswar reports 454 new Covid positive cases, Cuttack city 36

* Cuttack city reported 36 new Covid positive cases and 171 recoveries, CMC informed in a tweet post.

* Bhubaneswar reported 454 new Covid positive cases and 510 recoveries in the last 24 hours, BMC said in a tweet.

* Odisha reported 2697 new Covid positive cases in the last 24 hours, of which 435 are in the 0-18 years category. In quarantine 1568, local contacts 1129.

* Khurdha reported 513 Covid cases, highest in any district of Odisha, followed by Sundargarh (291), Cuttack (138), Mayurbhanj (128), Sambalpur (85) and Balasore (73).

* The petrol price in Bhubaneswar saw an increase on Friday with the rate in the capital city at Rs 102.10 while diesel price at Rs 91.91.

* In Cuttack the prices of petrol and diesel on Friday were Rs 102.10 and Rs 91.90, respectively.
