Odisha Governor releases three books of SOA professor

Bhubaneswar: Three books authored by Prof. Sisir Kanta Behera, Professor and head of Department of Agricultural Engineering at Siksha ‘O’ Anusandhan (SOA), were released by Odisha governor Prof. Ganeshi Lal at Raj Bhavan here on Wednesday.

The books titled ‘Greenhouse Technology’, ‘Farm Machinery and Equipments’ and ‘Renewable Energy for Development’ have been published by AkiNik Publications, Delhi.

While appreciating the effort of Prof. Behera, the governor discussed the subject of the books with the author and gave his valuable suggestions.

Prof. Behera, who teaches at the Institute of Agricultural Sciences (IAS), faculty of agricultural sciences of SOA, said the books would be of great help to farmers, agricultural entrepreneurs, students and researchers.
