Cuttack: Odisha Cricket Association successfully organised the assessment programme for the NCA Hybrid Level-1 Coaching Course here on Thursday.
This is in continuation with the Coaches Programme that was conducted in the month of August, 2020 followed by their assessment in the month of November, in the same year, which was headed by the faculties R. Srikant (BCCI Level-3 Coach) and the Late Prasanta Mohapatra (ex-BCCI Level-2 Coach).
A total of 84 participants had participated from all the affiliated units of the Odisha Cricket Association.
Based on the assessment, the top 20 participants were nominated for the NCA Hybrid Level-1 Coaching Course which was conducted virtually in the month of December, 2020 by NCA.
Moreover, the assessment of Hybrid Level-1 Coaching Course was conducted by NCA on-site on Thursday at the OCA Conference Hall and later the Practical session at Ravenshaw University Ground, which was headed by Rajeeb Dutta, Hitesh Goswami and Amit Asawa from the NCA.
This is in line with the OCA’s ambitious Vision@2024 programme, wherein the OCA is to develop the players across the State by providing quality coaching by trained and qualified coaches for imparting uniform coaching methodology across the grassroots levels.
