NSS Day: Covid awareness rally organised at Utkal University

Participants of NSS post-graduate units during an awareness rally on Covid-19 at Utkal University.

On the occasion of NSS Day on Friday, an awareness rally on Covid-19 was conducted by the NSS bureau on Utkal University campus, in collaboration with the NSS post-graduate units.

The awareness rally was flagged off by chief guest Professor Sabita Acharya, vice-chancellor of Utkal University in presence of guest of honour Dr Avaya Kumar Nayak, registrar, Utkal University and chief speaker Shri Prakash Ch Khatoi.

The welcome address was delivered by programme co-ordinator, Dr Braja Narayan Patra, while the vote of thanks was presented by program officer PG unit, Dr Kirti Ranjan Mallick.

During the inaugural function of the rally, Lucy Hembram and Dr Sunit Sahoo, programme officers of PG unit and UDPS respectively were also present.
