National Games: Odisha record highest ever medal haul

With 26 medals, Odisha recorded a highest ever medal haul at the recently concluded 36th National Games in Gujarat.

This success story of Odisha at the National Games was possible by the help extended by the Sports department (Govt. of Odisha) and MGR Minerals.

Odisha Olympic Association thanked Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik, Minister, Sports and Youth Services and Commissioner-cum-Secretary R Vineel Krishna

Team wise medals secured:

1) Canoeing & Kayaking: Gold-01, Silver-04, Bronze-03

2) Rowing: Gold-01, Silver-03, Bronze-02

3) Rugby Women: Gold-01

4) Gymnastic: Gold-01

5) Football Women: Silver-01

6) Kho kho Women: Silver-01

7) Cycling: Silver-01

8) Shooting: Silver-01

9) Weightlifting: Bronze-03

10) Fencing: Bronze-01

11) Athletics: Bronze-01

12) Beach Volleyball: Bronze-01
