Three brilliant half-centuries and a five-wicket haul helped BBSR-A beat Sambalpur by 248 runs in the OCA U-16 inter-district tournament.
Opting to bat, BBSR-A scored 292 for 6 in 50 overs, with Tirthankar Sahoo (73), Swagat Mishra (67) and Sidhartha S (61) scoring fifties.
In reply, Sambalpur’s run-chase never took off as they were boled out for 44 in 23.5 overs. For BBSR-A, Sk Naqib Sarber finished with excellent figures of five for four, his second five-wicket haul in two days.
