Kalahandi Cup: Sobhandev picks six as Boudh beat Angul

Sobhandev Behera picked a six wicket haul and helped Boudh beat Angul by four wickets in a preliminary Gold Group match of Kalahandi Cup on Tuesday.

Put in to bat, Angul were bowled out for 170 in 38.3 overs thanks to Behera’s figures of 6 for 42. For Angul, Kranti R. Amanta top-scored with a 78-ball 40. Boudh chased down the target in 37.1 overs with Anurag Kanojia scoring a half-century.

In another match being played at Railway Stadium, KIIT lost to Bargarh by seven wickets.
