Kalahandi Cup: BBSR-A beat Sundargarh in low-scoring match

In a low-scoring match of Kalahandi Cup on Monday, BBSR-A beat Sundargarh by 97 runs.

Opting to bat, BBSR-A were bowled out for 193 with Sandeep Pattnaik and Shantanu Mishra scoring fifties. For sundargarh, Walter Toppo picked four wickets.

But Sundargarh faltered in the chase and were bowled out for 96 in 32.2 overs. Asis Pradhan picked three wickets while Basanta Mohanty and Sushil Barik scalped two each.

In another match at Railway Stadium, ECORSA registered a one-wicket win over Sambalpur.
