Cuttack: Dibyajyoti Pattnaik and Liladhar Pradhan scored fifties as Nayagarh beat Koraput by eight wickets in a 2nd phase league (Gold-B) match of Kalahandi Cup here on Thursday.
Opting to bat at Ravenshaw Ground-1, Koraput were all out for 228 in 49.2 overs, with Niranjan Gouda (58) and Sandeep Pattnaik (52) scoring half-centuries. Nayagarh’s Dillip Jena and Sai P Acharya picked two wickets each.
Dibyajyoti and Liladhar led the run-chase by scoring 90 and 76 respectively, as Nayagarh reached the target in 39 overs by losing only two wickets.
