Cuttack: Raghunath Malla scored 91 as BBSR-A beat Khordha by two wickets in a thrilling match of 1st phase league (Diamond-A, B) in Kalahandi Cup at Sunshine Ground here on Saturday.

Put in to bat, Khordha were all out for 249 in 49.2 overs, with Biswabhusan Bihari scoring a century and BBSR-A’s Ritesh Priyaranjan and Shantanu Mishra picked three wickets each.

The run-chase got a bit tricky for BBSR-A, but crucial knocks from Malla and Shantanu Mishra (59) took their team over the line on the last ball of the last over.
