The chase wasn’t easy for Angul with KIIT chipping away with scalps at regular intervals, however, Ayush and Shreyansh Bhardwaj scored crucial knocks of 47 and 46 to take their team over the line in 46.5 overs and one wicket remaining. KIIT’s Samantray picked four wickets.
In another match played at Barabati Stadium, Paradip beat Bargarh by five wickets.
