A practice yoga session being organised by Indian Railways.
In order to encourage the railwaymen to practice yoga for a healthy and disease-free life, Indian Railways organised a yoga practice session at Karnail Singh Stadium in New Delhi on Sunday.
The session was attended by Union Minister of Railways, Ashwini Vaishnaw, chairman and CEO Railway Board VK Tripathi, other Members of the Railway Board, general manager, Northern Railways Ashutosh Gangal and other senior officers of Northern Railways. Sportspersons, railway employees and their family members also participated in the event.
The Yoga session was conducted under the guidance of yoga guru Shyam Gupta, Prabhari Delhi Prant, Patanjali Yogpith. Similar sessions were also simultaneously held in other Zonal Railway headquarters, Divisions, Units, Workshops and Railway PSUs.
