Kalinga Stadium in Bhubaneswar will be one of the three venues to host the 7th edition of FIFA Under-17 Women’s World Cup.
The tournament is scheduled from October 11-30 and Bhubaneswar will host all the India matches including the opening game along with two other matches on Oct 14 and Oct 17.
The other two venues to host the matches are Jawaharlal Nehru Stadium, Goa and DY Patil Stadium, Mumbai.
India were supposed to host the 2020 edition of the tournament, which was cancelled due to the Covid pandemic outbreak. Therefore, for the next edition in 2022, India were again appointed as hosts.
