ECoRWWO make donation to children home

Members of ECoRWWO at the children home of Adruta.

Bhubaneswar: East Coast Railway Women’s Welfare Organisation (ECoRWWO), engaged in promoting various socio-cultural services, headed by its president, Anupama Srivastava visited children home of Adruta, a shelter for destitute children at Kantabada in the outskirts of Bhubaneswar.

ECoRWWO donated an arranger keyboard for the requirements of the inmates during the visit. The keyboard will help the inmates in their music practice and performances. About 60 inmates staying in the children’s home of Adruta have an inherent quality in music.

Manmita Mandal, secretary and Bharti Ninawe, treasurer of ECoRWWO along with other executive members also accompanied Srivastava.

Apart from the welfare of railway men and their family members through various activities, ECoRWWO is working towards improving socio-cultural standard of living of the poor elderly men and women, physically children & needy who are not able to lead a normal life.
