Para Olympics gold Medallist and a shuttler from badminton academy of East Coast Railway Sports Association (ECoRSA), Pramod Bhagat was felicitated on Wednesday for his feat in Tokyo.
He was felicitated by ECoRSA general secretary and deputy general manager/ECoR Ashoka Mishra at Railway Indoor Stadium, in presence of other members of the badminton academy of ECoRSA.
On Wednesday, Bhagat also became the first player from Odisha to be nominated for the prestigious Major Dhyan Chand Khel Ratna Award – India’s highest sporting honour.
