ECoR organises ‘PREM’ meeting
As part of Employees/Workers’ participation in Management, East Coast Railway has organised PREM (Participation of Railway Employees in Management) meeting at ECoR headquarters, Rail Sadan on Tuesday where representative of recognised Trade Unions, Officers Association and RPF Association participated to work more effectively.
The concept of PREM meeting is unique to Railways and is a testimony to vibrant and mature industrial relations.
ECoR additional general manager Sharad Kumar Srivastava chaired the meeting. Deputy general manager Ashok Kumar Mishra coordinated the meeting.
