East Coast Railway (ECoR) general manager Manoj Sharma felicitated eight employees for their alertness while performing their duties.
Major mishaps were avoided due to their alertness while on duty. Additional general manager of ECoR Sharad Kumar Srivastava and other senior officials were present during the felicitation programme.
Sharma said that the hard work and alertness of gangmen, trolleymen, gatemen, OHE khalasis and other maintenance cadre who are working in ECoR in difficult conditions deserve recognition. He also appealed the railwaymen to be sincere and stay alert while on duty.
