East Coast Railway to run special trains for festive season

In order to clear extra rush of passengers during the upcoming festive season, East Coast Railway (ECoR) has made elaborate arrangements to run some additional Special Trains to different destinations for the convenience of the passengers.

Puri–Patna-Puri Special (Train No 08439/08440): The trains will run during the period from 16th October 2021 to 31st October 2021 leaving Puri at 1455Hrs on every Saturday and in the reverse direction, will leave Patna at 1345hrs every Sunday. The train will have the accommodation of 2nd AC, 3rd AC, Sleeper and General Class (Second Class Seating) coaches.

Visakhapatnam-Secunderabad-Visakhapatnam Special (Train No 08579/08580): The trains will run during the period from 13th October 2021 to 28th October 2021 leaving Visakhapatnam at 1900Hrs every Wednesday and in the reverse direction, will leave Secunderabad at 1940hrs every Thursday. The train will have the accommodation of 3rd AC, Sleeper and General Class (Second Class Seating) coaches.

Visakhapatnam-Tirupati-Visakhapatnam Special (Train No 08583/08584): The trains will run during the period from 18th October 2021 to 2nd November 2021 leaving Visakhapatnam at 1915Hrs on every Monday and in the reverse direction, will leave Tirupati at 2155hrs every Tuesday. The train will have the accommodation of 2nd AC, 3rd AC, Sleeper and General Class (Second Class Seating) coaches.

Visakhapatnam-Secunderabad-Visakhapatnam Special (Train No 08585/085806): The trains will run during the period from 19th October 2021 to 3rd November 2021 leaving Visakhapatnam at 1735Hrs on every Tuesday and in the reverse direction, will leave Secunderabad at 2105hrs on every Wednesday. The train will have the accommodation of 2nd AC, 3rd AC, Sleeper and General Class (Second Class Seating) coaches.

Howrah-Puri–Howrah Special (Train No 08179/08180): The trains will run during the period from 09th October 2021 to 7th November 2021 leaving Howrah at 2035Hrs on every Saturday and in the reverse direction, will leave Puri at 1920hrs every Sunday. The train will have the accommodation of Sleeper and General Class (Second Class Seating) coaches.
