Don’t fall for fake jobs, Railways urges aspirants

East Coast Railways appealed job aspirants not to fall to touts promising jobs in the Railway department.

It has come to the knowledge of Railway administration that some websites have published a notice claiming that the Indian Railways Protection Force (RPF) is recruiting RPF personnel for Constable Recruitment Examination, 2022.

After a fact check by Railways and Press Information Bureau it has been found to be completely fake and no such recruitment advertisement/notice was published by the RPF or Railways.

East Coast Railways appealed job aspirants not to fall to touts promising jobs in the Railways. Several cases have come to the knowledge of Railway administration in recent times.

People are still being cheated on the promise of being given a job in Railways despite several steps taken by the Railways to control the tout menace.

It has been reiterated by the Railways that “Don’t fall prey to touts, brokers and racketeers to get a Railway job and save your hard-earned money. Get a job through merit and hard work. The Railway Board or Railway Recruitment Board or the Railway Ministry never nominates any agent or an outsourcing agency for recruitment.”

Always check the official websites of Railway Recruitment Boards, Railway Recruitment Cells and follow advertisements published by the Boards in newspapers and in employment news.

Only follow the official websites of the Railways.
